To break or not to break-rally car

I've been having a think about going back to rwd next year (well already purchased engine and supension for e30 BMW) and am thinking what to do with the micra.
Should I break it or sell it complete?
If was to break-
Engine-1275, cams, big injectors, fse reg, gpa airbox, janspeed 4branch and decat silencer, new Humpris stainless comp exhaust, nismo mounts, 118bhp 96@wheels
Box- 5.1 cwp, gripper steel LSD recent rebuild, quick shift gearstick
Suspension- bilstein cup/gravel coilovers, camber washers, roller bearing alloy top mounts, rear- cup/challenge springs, spax shocks, full polybudh and brand new nismo rear bushes unfitted
Humpris steel light weight flywheel n paddle clutch plus spare paddle clutch plate
Brakes- gtir front brakes with 1144 pads, rear standard beam with standard disc brake setup, braided lines, hydraulic handbrake, bias valve
Shell-fully seam welded shell, 13 point challenge cage with x rear and belt rail, front strut brace,
Full fire system plumbed in and hand held
2 indate seats sparco and corbeau professional, 6 point harnesses, alloy wheel boss (no wheel as keeping it) standard wheel, various relays etc etc now in car

As stated I'm not doing anything with the car at the moment, still rallying it, doing caerwent on this weekend.
I'd value the car at 4 grand but after breaking my mk1 escort it seems to be an easier option? Do micra parts sell well?
Not breaking the car yet. This is not for sale yet just deciding what to do in the future. Prob lots of parts I've forgotten to list
 
Generally you will get a lot more cash breaking it. Most people interested in Micras don't have that much to spend out in 1 go.
 
There's a fair bit on that I'd buy, hell if I had the money I'd buy the whole car

But like Joe said most won't be willing to spend the money

keep it until I can afford to buy it

Ps. Is the cage welded in? What would. you want for cage alone? Or with shell?

As I said in the ad I'm not selling or breaking yet I'm just curious to know what would be the best avenue to go down in the future. The cage is a janspeed built bolt in cage. Really nice cage. Few pictures of my car on my blog or weighed my micra yesterday thread. I'm using the car this weekend.
Already spent a grand on micra parts and only had it about 4 months. Also may have some 14 inch alloys, compomotives, speedlines etc. But not breaking yet.
 
Realistically to breK the car would need approx the following prices. The car is not breaking yet butjust trying to find out if worth it.
Engine and box 1500
Gpa carbon airfilter with spare filter 100
Janspeed 4 branch, cat replacement silencer and new stainless cat back system 250
Strut brace 40
Bilstein coilovers, alloy top mounts, challenge rear springs and spax shocks 350
Shell n proper cage, full seam welded very strong shell 1000
Gtir front brakes, 2 sets 1144 good used pads, machined discs 100
Rear disc braked beam standard good discs, pads etc 80
Used Kevlar tank guard, some marks etc 30
Proper 10mm alloy sump guard 100
Lightweight steel flywheel and paddle clutch and pressure plate with spare paddle plate 220
These are prices I'd like to see if I break the car. Do these sound reasonable? Everything is still on the car and working etc.
The car is not breaking yet.
 
I don;t think that you're too far off in those prices - be prepared to barter, though!

You might struggle to sell the shell here, but eBay or a motorsports classified might help you shift it.

Yeh the shell might be the only problem. If you was to do all the work would take ages etc seam welding, strengthening plates, floor plates for cage plus the proper cage.plus windows have been filmed for rallying. Mud laps latest spec and it's got an up to date competition log book. But to someone who may think I can buy a whole car for 6-700 quid etc doesn't look that good a deal. Thanks for your honesty.
Forgot few bits, fse fuel pressure regulator, pas, 6 point harnesses, Spare dizzys (x3) 1 ecu, 2 throttle bodies- standard, 2xradiators, boot, door, mirrors etc.
