timing

i just changed my dizzy and it put all the timing out what timing mark on the crank do i use to get it back to normal???

the 2nd (yellow) notch is tdc, you need the 5th notch @ 700 rpm

Looking from the side the pully is in is left to right 1 2 3 4 5 or right to left ?
