Time for a new north east meet

Right, I think it's time we had another north east meet, and not a meeting a some other event / venue. We used to be the most active for meets, so how about we try to attempt at least one for the future, things have changed and people have moved on, but if we don't try to keep things going and friendly then we aren't going to have much of a social side to the club besides big events which will and would scare some people off.

From personal experience and feedback from a lot of people, these are not welcoming for non Micra / Jap car owners who may have an interest.

I propose that we have another meeting in November sometime. So if anyone is up for this how about suggestions. I'd like to propose bowling or Laserquest again as these are both lost cost meets.

Any thoughs upon this will be welcome although this is not a oppurtunity for people to whinge about which areas we meet up at.

Teeside was on the books but it depends on numbers, seems daft for a load of us to go down there when there are only a few from the part of the woods atttending when most of us are from the Tyne and Wear area.

Washington bowling may be a better idea if there's not a lot of us.
