Throttle body ebay advice

Hi guys,

My mechanic has told me I need to pay £800+ for a new throttle body... Obviously I'm not going to pay this. The second hand ones on ebay are much more like it.

Will any of these "Sera 576-02" ones work? Or is there more variation than that? Any advice on what I should be looking out for?!

I have a 53 reg Micra S 1.2.
