Tart up the bodywork

Hi guys since the weathers getting better i want to tart up the bodywork as in to make it gleam, shine & bling. do i use t-cut first or just use some polish? which polish is the best?

its factory spec excluding bumper but thefront bumper wasn't laquered. so i should be ok then.

you know if you have slight scratchis then use the machine use the hand polish if no light scratches
and i once tryed using some old clothes to apply the polish ended up with scouring marks so i know to use the correct cloth now
