Only if you keep them out long term, as a short term thing (1-2 days) it would be fine otherwise you would have to mention it on file.

a stripped interior can make a massive difference on insurance if declared.

nope phoned for a quote and they freaked out and wouldn't even quote me for my other car cause they thought i was lying and trying to get dodgy quotes!

That's odd, surely having no back seats makes you less liable to cause injury to any passengers. Like turning a car into a van?

BUt I guess if you are declaring other mods then it is likely they won't see it as that.

No real benefit in it anyway. Want to lose weight in the rear end, put less petrol in.

Not a K11, but I noticed differences in my K10 when I stripped out the back!
