Tailgate swap

If I were going to replace my micras tailgate (preface) with one of a 2nd facelift, would it just swap easily, or is the wiring different? I just prefer the LED raised break light and the horizontal rear wiper.

It's a straight swap. You'll have to put the wires in for the high level brake light though.

My car has the raised break light already, so would that be ok?
