This has been posted so many times. But the answer has never been quite what i needed..
Basically, im running a standalone dta ecu on my 1999 micra k11.
I want to use my standard rev counter but i dont know what wire in the back of the clocks is the pulse wire.
All i need to know is what the pulse wire is on the back of the clocks.

Bump!
I've seen on forums and the haynes manual that's it's the Blue/Black cable but... There isn't one.
Someone else has said Blue/Yellow from the clocks is the timing signal.
Tap from the ecu, manual also says Blue/Black which I can see.
Can anyone confirm this?

Update: I couldn't find it under the dash anywhere so I just ran a cable straight from the Blue wire on top of the dizzy with a blade connector and through the firewall using the small whole under the globe box.
