swap from cg13de to cga3d

I have found a cga3d engine complete with ecu , coils,harness.
It is possible to make the swap? Or I will need and new transmission or anything else?

Just put the CG13 head on the CGA3

After that the engine will work with old ecu and distributor ? Or with new coil pack and new ecu?
Also the transmission is the same? Or I need gearbox for ga3d?

Swap bottom ends and nothing else needs changing. Use stock dizzy, ecu etc
