Super Turbo K10 Ma09ERT Turbo Upgrade

Hi all, i have a K10 Super Turbo that is in the workshop at the moment getting some upgrades.
Unfortunately they don't know stuff all about these cars, I'm wanting an upgrade from the stock turbo, can anyone help me out?

Also is the TD04 from a Subaru ? TD04L ?

No worries

All will some form of manifold modification to suit

TD04 can come from a Subaru but also Saabs (which use a more generic T3 Flange)
