It's easy to do by yourself mate, only a couple of screws to remove the bits you want and use this book which has got a billion stickers in it - would save you a bit of cash and a faff on trying to source parts from elsewhere!

What Harlen said, besides its more fun to do it yourself and personalise it 
I loved my sticker bombed dash but word of warning I used clear coats and the lot and overtime they still start peeling up, but looks good while it lasts, I have a couple of half full books I could post your way? I'm not using them
