Steering Angle Sensor calibration doesn't work on g-scan 3

I have a 2009 Micra since new.
I recently had to change the clock spring, and since then I have the ESP and slip control warning lights on.
I saw with my mechanics that the computer reads a 26 degrees deviation when the steering wheel is straight (perfectly aligned with the wheels).
We used a g-scan3 tablet-scanner, and for some reason, it refuses to make the Steering Angle Sensor (SAS) calibration.
Any idea how to do this in another way or why the g-scan3 doesn't succeed to do this?
