is it worth getting a stealth shelf to install my new speakers onto? and they seem to be very hard to get hold of for the nissan micra

and also dangerous if your in a rear end smash as they dont break, just come throo and into your passengers neck...speaking from experience! I wouldnt get one, id just modify the original shelf, some ply wood underneath where your speakers are bolted in an your laughing!!

im confused! stealth shelfs arent available to buy anyway so the only option is to make one. I've made one using the original shelf (seen on http://homepages.nildram.co.uk/~ajarnold)

Definitly worth doing unless you want them nicked!

Tip - use acustic carpet and not normal carpet

You all must live in bad areas or not know enough people! My speakers and amp are on show from the rear and their still there!
