speedometer with rev counter

is it easy to fit a new speedometer with rev counter in one that hasnt got one already? please help cause i would like to have one

my micra is a 1995 "L" spec... bottom spec meaning obviously no rev counter. I bought rev counter dials out of a 1995 SLX micra, and all i did was take the old dials out... and fit new ones... plug and play
