what speakers do people normally use to upgrade the front door speakers? or what do you recommend to use?? any made for the car or need universal ones?

If your motor is not a 2000-2002 2nd face lift go to a scrappy and get some 2nd face lift front door speakers you won't be disappointed I went to my mates car hi-fi shop to buy some after market ones and he said don't bother the ones you've got already are great sound quality for OEM ones lol!

I second that. I have a 2000 K11C with OEM front tweeters, door speakers and big rear shelf speakers driven by an aftermarket stereo. The sounds are better than any standard car I've ever had. And this is a 16 year old car.
Best thing to do is put FLY 6x9's in the rear quarter panels, fit a treat, check my profile pic

i got a sport+ parcel shelf and sr tweeter with second facelift speaker and they seem really good
I think they are the same buddy, you have as good a set up as you'll get.
Fair enough just if they were better I would swap , I looked at some a after market ones but after reading the reviews I think unless you buy expensive and that you not really going to get a gain of standard
