spark plug torque

Iv just brought some new plugs and would like to know how tight or how many turns after i have inserted each plug? iv never done it myself before and dont wanna do any damage lol

CG engines are ~18lb/ft

ok but i dont have a torque wrench, just a spark plug wrench,is that half a turn after tightening by hand?

Some info from NGK Japan on plug torques. It's usually between 1/2 to 2/3 of a turn for new plugs but the BKR type plugs are recommended as 1/3 turn from finger tight.
