Spark plug seals

Anyone know the best place to order replacement spark plug rubber seals (for the rocker cover) as they seem to be very expensive from Nissan main dealers?

Seals iffy to get off/fit, so bought rockerbox gasket with "Dirko" silicone sealent. Found sealent worked without taking off rockerbox, just seal around where oil seal is. N.B try and suck oil from around plug before removal or oil drains into cylinder. Engine warning light may ignite. good luck
