spare auxiliary belt tensioner

Hi, the auxiliary belt tensioner in my k12 went kaput. Garage says part is only available from Nissan and it takes 3-4 weeks to get it.

Would you have any idea how to get another such part quicker?

3 weeks is gonna significantly mess up my commute.

Thanks EK10, I wouldn't know what to do in a scrap yard though.
I've however discovered the wonderful world of 1stchoice.co.uk, with people who do know what to do in such yards.
Already got a few offers for reasonable amount of money.
