I believe the runners to the floor.
That's easy then. Each runner is secured by two rather large bolts, the outside ones directly to the floor and the ones nearest to the centre of the car, higher up on to the transmission tunnel. These bolts are hidden under clip on plastic caps, which need to be prised off, then the bolts, which have a large diameter thick washer under the head, clamping the runner down, can be tightened using a 16mm A/F socket (a ring spanner is difficult to get much of a swing on as the bolt heads are low down in the channel section of the runner).
