Rev Counter?

Hi All,
I own a 2000 K11 1.0L and it has the basic speedo, fuel and temp gauge.
I was wandering what's involved in swapping an instrument panel with a rev counter into my car?
Im sure the mounting of the unit will be straight forward, its just the wiring side Im unsure about.

it is straight swap....plug out and plug in.
nothing else has to be done.
