Rev counter for post face lift K11 coil pack engine

Hi, has anyone fitted a rev counter to a coil pack engine ?

If so please can you let me know where you pick the signal up from; ecu (pin no ?) or is there a wire already in the loom which is only used on certain models ?

it looks like its pinout # 18 according to the italian pdf manual

Mine already had the wire in the loom for the rev counter. 1999

Haha! So did mine . . . just plugged straight in. Any idea on how to change the milage back to the original milage? I dont want to commit fraud when the cars back on the road.

I thought that it might save the milage on the ECU . . .but apparently not.
