Removing rear inside panel

Hi so I have a 2 door micra which some not so nice person decided to smack into leaving me with a huge dent in the back n/s panel.
My question is how do I get the plastic interior panel off so that I can knock out the dent?

Many thanks

Hi Laura!
I took my interior panels off with gently prying them from rear edge, they just snap off. Be gently & firm at same time. From picture below, you can see attachment points. In order to get panel off, you most likely have to remove rear seat, it has 4 bolts. Hopefully this helps.

Hi,
Many thanks! Just wasn't sure if there were any hidden screws or anything lol.
I'll have a go today see if I can get it off in one piece!
The photo helped too cheers :)

Sorted! Massive dent is now a thing of the past still 2 smallish creases but 100% improvement!
Thanks for the pointers!
