Remove '90 micra carburettor????

hiya, does anyopne know how to remove the carburettor on a 1990 nissan micra???

four 10mm bolts under the inlet manfold. Then it will come off.

right then took that off quite a while back. thanks for that ed.
now would ne1 know that if i put a 1990 1.0 carb into a 1.2 gsx 1989 micra would it make a difference in power? meaning would it decrease power or stay the same.?
im askin this cause my 1.2 gsx carb is gone.

Off the top of my head I think you'd lose power. The jet sizes for the 1l and 1.2l are significantly different. Apart from that they're the same carb.

in theory you should gain a bit of power because the 1.0 carbs have bigger jets than the 1.2

Thought they were bigger but couldn't remember, didn't seem right

So would a 1l carb + CAI be a better set up than the 1.2 carb +CAI...?

I can say that any of these mods will give little if any improvment. I can say that as at the moment I have CBR600 carbs on my micra and its not all that amazing.
