Recommended coolant for 1.0 K10?

Since I am doing the cambelt, I will also change the water pump. Ed from Fusion says its a good idea, so whom am I to argue

I will obviously need some coolant / antifreeze once the pump is changed.

Is there anything in particular I need or can I just bung in some long life coolant from something like CarPlan or do I need something specific?

Also, any ideas how many litres of coolant I will need?

Just standard coolant should do, the manual says for an MA10 3.9 litres with heater, 3.5 without.

if your using concentrate coolant, use it at about 50:50 mix with water
