Rear bulbs, front headlight question

A part has broken off my front headlight, but strangely, everything seems to work fine.
Can anyone let me know what this is for. It looks like it has 4 pieces of wire that connect inside.


Also, what is the middle white light for at the back. Reverse on top and brake at the bottom.

Where is the fog light. I can't find it.

I have an MOT coming up.

Part that has broken off is head light height adjuster, at least on my vehicle.
Middle white lights are turn signals, they should have amber bulbs. mine are taped orange
Rear fog light is top of head light assembly, other side from reverse light.

Can you explain what this means. I can't find the light at the back
The front one is, I think, at the bottom of the front bumper. But the back?
Is there only one reverse light? On mine there are 2.

Normally only one reverse light, someone might have modified your Micra vehicle by chancing left-hand steering versions tail light...?
