iv drove 2 other micras in past 2 weeks,
and them and mine are all rattly about the steering.its like everything on the road with a metalic rattle in the column.
now, i know there is a little thou of movement in my inner left track arm joint, and a wee millimeter in lift in the left of the rack when its full out. neither are a MOT inspection fail, in fact its just through on thursday and it wasnt mentioned.
and iv had the other two shook and pulled and there is nothing obvious or falling off.
are they just jumpy & jittery wee things?
im not too bothered with mine, it will be lucky to see 1-2k in a year. but i;ll keep an eye on it.
anything stupid im missing?
i'm more used to firing them through the garage for a inspection, but never been bothered if the customer was just putting up with it in an old car.
