Radiator fan

K12 1.2 petrol..radiator fan not working. Runs fine straight across the battery and fuse looks ok as far as I can see (it's a weird little sod as fuses go) - can anyone advise what else I should be checking and where please?

If you have established it actually functions across the battery and it's not kicking in after ten minutes or so at idle then it may well be the radiator temperature switch that is faulty, have a look at this
