Question about brakes

Hi,
I need new brakes and pads on my K11, and i was wondering if anybody knew somewhere cheap to have them done. Nissan garage have quoted me £160 and fast fit have quoted more!

Thanks Beachboy for the info. Only prob is i need discs as well and i'm confused as to whether i should get the greenstuff pads ir bog standard universals? or just get a garage to supply and fit the whole lot?

Where are you based? I'd go for greenstuff discs but then I hammer my car... Don't know if there are any issues with K11 brakes. Would say if you're happy with them then stick with standard.

Is it just the front pads you need to replace? If so do it yorself. Ive just done my front pads - cost me £18, fitted them myself and only took 20 mins to do.

I'm in Norwich.

I need to do the front discs and pads and maybe the back ones as well, but definately the front.

Is it easy to do both yourself?
