Problems/faults after replacing old car battery with a new one

Hi there,

I was just wondering if anyone had had any - or know's of any - problems/faults after replacing an old battery with a new one? (car battery as opposed to keyfob), If so what problems did you have please? I've put a thread on the tuning, mechanical, servicing, modification thread, explaining the problems i've had, I'm just wondering if it's the removal/replacement of the battery that could be causing the faults? I would be very grateful for any replies/advice you have to offer thanks.

I agree with this. But have you checked the earth connection is well made? Only thing I cab think of that might go awry when changing a battery. But from reading your thread in the k12 forum you've been having the same trouble before swapping the battery, so maybe not. Hope you get it sorted.
