pre facelift & facelift door difference?

Is there a difference between pre-facelift and facelft doors?? E.g. would a 1994 L reg micra door fit a yr 2000 facelift micra? Also my year 2000 micra is red and paint code is AJ4, was there any other codes of red? and did pre-facelift 'red' micra's come in paint code AJ4?

Pre-facelift is AJ4 aswell. however there are a few different reds. but they are obvious to the eye, different.
i have always thought the doors would be a straight swap been in many cars down the scrap yard before, and never really noticed any difference apart from the plastic on the interior.
