Passenger Door Lock

The outside lock on my k11's passenger door has become all flimsy like someone has tried to get at it with a screw driver, the lock itself is fine, is there anyway i can just replace the metal peice on the outside of the door where the key goes in?

Also is it easy to change over a door handle (exterior) as the plastic is starting to split?

im not to sure about the door lock but the handle you just take off the door cards unscrew from the inside of the door unhook the pin then put the new one on in the reverse order simple
