My names Dean, im 22 from North Yorkshire
Well the car: T reg micra 1.3i silver 3 door. I got this car given for some work i did for my dads mate it was is a bad condition it had deffo hit something hard ...bumper was broken wing was rotten bumper bar was bent the headlights were cracked and there were a few dents.
Step 1: Scrap yard. went to local and managed to pick everything i needed up . a new passenger drive shaft track rod ends wings and bumper and bar for 80 quid was well happy apart from the red color lol.. so me and my dad sanded and filled everything in and got everything flush ...was not an easy task.
due to my car been stood for years in a yard in direct sunlight its faded so color match is a bit off but we sprayed the bad boy up and it looks pretty close can tell its been sprayed still needs some odd things doing .
now its a good runner and im on modding it .
Went to another scrappy and i got a good deal on a cd player and some door handles 20 quid for 4 month old kenwood radio cd palyer and all the fitting s and manuals were in the glove box of the v40 that was getting scrapped so bang removed and then got the handles off a scrapped r reg k11.
Currently removed the door cards and fitted the new stereo today and sounds sweet at a nut.. thanks for reading pics to follow
