Oil Change

So while the car is up and down on jacks i think im going to change the Oil. however i have noo idea what to use?? I know how to change everything just no idea what oil i should be using for a AUTOMATIC 1.2 K10 (1992).

any help would be nice....

Im using a 10/40 semi synth (asda) as it was cheap

any 10/40 would be ok to use for the engine of a K10

ATF for the gearbox if you wanted to change that one day.
