offsets

sorry to bring up this old favourite again but... i cannot find the link for the wheel offsets,

i want to know the most appropriate offset for a 7x16 rim

is 16x7.0 4/100/114 ET 40 ok or will that cause problems?

thats what wheels iv got mate i just went into halfrauds and asked them and they sorted it, wasnt too much of a ripoff either as i got my wheels in the sale, £463 for team dynamics monzas with rubber fitted.
