No voltage at rear wiper

modded my rear wiper motor to make it lay horizontal but after i plugged it back it it didnt work. thought i had modded it wrong but if i stick a 12V battery onto it its fine. checked the plug for voltage and there isnt any.

theres a dead sort between the black and earth and the green and earth.

i think ive popped a fuse or blown a relay but dont know where.

where abouts is the relay for the rear wiper?

The rear washer still works fine


any help would be greatley apprichated

check your haynes! i think they might be in the engine bay, or the near the fuses, that are in the fuse box to the right of the steering wheel.

right thanks, wife is home now so will have to check in the morning. the relays above the fusebox are a pain to get to by the looks of it. just seems funny that the rear washer works but the wiper doesnt.

It's hopefully just a fuse mate, mine's did the same when i accidentally flicked the rear wiper on one frozen morn...check the fuse at the right of the steering wheel...there is a location diagram on the inside of the pull off panel down there :grinning:

yea ive sorted it, was just a fuse. i can see again!
