No power

Hi I had to jump start my k10 today after being laid up for awhile and accidently touched the termanels the wrong way round the engine starts and runs ok and odd things like wipers work but there ia no power to anything else all fuses in car are ok, all I can think of is perhaps there is a main someware before the dashboard? I can't seem to find anything, any idea's. Is there a main fuse if so where is it?? please.
