If a nitrous kit was fitted to a K11, would it have to have a remap and would the engine internals be able to handle the extra power ?

The engine should take a 25 shot fine if set up correctly.

Also it wouldn't need a re-map, as you have a 2nd solenoid to inject additional fuel at the correct ratio to the nitrous oxide.

However, due to the plenum chamber design on the K11, it's not really suited to nitrous injection, unless you go direct port.
