To fit them is very easy, i just untwisted the old ones anti-clockwise, removed the wires through the hole making sure the box inbefind is jammed to prevent the wires from flying back into the wing...
then I simple cut and striped the wires, and connected them to the light unit, and stuck it in place where the old one was before...
A tiny mod but it makes one hell of a difference to your car, as you can see...

but if i where you, i highly recomend going into somewhere and asking for the "universal fit", mainly comes in "smoked"... then it makes life alot easier to fit to ANY K10 model...
They also come in Clear, Red, Blue , Green and Amber...

The law is that they must glow orange, what they look like when not in action does not matter, think of it like lexus lights, they dont look anything like the old ones, but they do the same job...so there is no reason, and they would not be able to sell them in a car shop if they where illigal
