hi, im wanting to put some new sparco front seats in. does anyone know what size subframe i'll need, sparco do 430mm width and 490 width. and does anyone know if you need to get new runners? cheers

not sure of the lengths, but if you consider getting them welded to a set of micra subframes with adjustable runners on them which some people have done, i have a pair for sale.

Yeah I think thats the easiest way on the micras, is to weld the micra frames to the seats instead. Means it is definetly a direct fit and also should save you money on the frames too.
