I saw this little pale blue car, a few scratchs, and dents. £150 no mot but 3 months tax. All my other cars have been big petrol gobbling beasts but now I have retired money is tight so I bought it. One MOT failure later, £80 pounds on repairs and she was running. Now the clutch cable appears to have snapped so it's back to the garage for it to be replaced ( with fingers crossed). I wonder how many more surprizes she has in store for me. I guess I am over working her a little, 400 miles a week. My son got a job after 2 years on the JSA, he doesn't drive so yours truly gets up at 4.20am and drives him in, then picks him up. Next order of business is getting him driving....... these early mornings are killing me.
