my k11 from CG10 TO SR20DE TO SR20DET 4WD K11 ( my micras next episode of its life )

as some of you may already know i am attempting this build this xmas holidays.
i have sold the sr20de setup from my car and bought a pulsar gtir to convert.

been a few months til i could start this build ive been gathering parts to fully rebuild and forge the motor before fitting.

1st plan is to run it in with 240hp stock power, then get as much as i can from the gt28r be a little over 300hp.
this build like my last will be sought through to the end and will be one hell of a little car (fingers crossed)

ive been designing a custom dash interior and bodykit to make it a full out japanese race car.

im pleased to say that i start the build this coming weekend !!! YEY eventually.

chassis is ****ed. But every mechanical part is sound. Happy days.

been measuring alot up and its all looking good atm :)
 
ohh mate looking forward to see te build as i will do one similar, too. Don´t know what sr to put in yet (sr20ve 20V, a 20vet(its270hp stock) or a det) Im exploring options. As soon as the insurence will pay for mi inguries and car (im okay just neck problem and a destroyed k11) and idiot rammed me... ill put miself to work :p. Ill try to go for 900kg(if possible) and 300 whp 1hp/3kg. Sorry, im not used to imperial yet.

Questions: How much will it weight, it will be past 1050kg?

edit: I try to import a JDM HP12 aka sr20ve 20v, or an x-trail(vet) (around 2000 E) Im Still in research mode.:D
tip: rnn14 gear box is not so strong if u want really high whp figures.
 
Max i can go is 400hp on stock transmission which will be fine for now.
the xtrail gt only comes in automatic.
the sr20ve engine wont fit the gtir drivetrain either as the rnn14 sr20 is a different shape to clear the front differential.
my car will be fully stripped so should be easily under 1000kgs
 
I know that rnn14 is diferent from all sr engines in terms of swap possibility. this is why i want 20v for the moment easy power and easy swap.

Later ill see what the future brings on, as im asking around shops for custombuild blocks, heads, and with that possiblity comes the option of a CT9A trany and all the good awd that came with it. Atm im building (have placed order for mising pieces and circuits, and as soon as ill get better, ill put miself to work) a big CNC machine for wood and PVC or any time of plastic :D. That translate into carbon Fiber molds. Customs ones. stay tuned :D

well i have some good news and some bad news.
i have just sold my 180sx :( damn il miss her.
good news is more goodies for the micra !
