My Glanza is now up for sale, rather then paying out on getting the faults fixed I'm offering it here for a knocked down price of £2k ONO

If you can carry out the work yourself, you'll know it won't take much to put the faults right. If you need a garage to sort this out for you, I would budget on £700 or you could break the car and sell off the parts. I simply do not have the time to break it.

I'll do my best to include everything about the car

It's a 1996 on a P plate with 140,000 km on the clock. Well looked after with regular servicing and full history since I purchased it in May 2007. I have some history from the previous owner. Bought from York Distinctive Cars.

The bodywork has a few marks but in good over all condition, NO rust, but again in very good condition for a 1996 and looks stunning when it's cleaned and polished.

The car was fully serviced with oil changes to engine and gearbox, new oil filter, new plugs, new airfilter, uprated rear discs and pads, bearings, new rear shocks on it's last service back in August 2009 £££'s spent on this service. The current MOT runs out 4th of September 2010, it has 5 months tax on it.

Bad Bits:

The 4th runner on the head has blown and the manifold is starting to blow.

The gearbox occasionally crunches into 3rd, probably something like 1 in 100 gear changes, but other then that is fine.

  • Cigarette Lighter doesn't work.
  • Interior Light works when it wants.

The specifications of the car are listed below and since I've owned it I've spent near 3.5k alone on modifying it!

I'm going to be looking at getting a new car next week and if my glanza doesn't sell, I'm going to take it off the road and store it or it can be purchased for £2K ONO.

The uprated parts alone on this car are worth more then that and you could make more money on stripping the other OEM parts.

I simply do not have the time to strip the car for parts. The car WILL be sold as a whole or I'll just store it and repair it when my work and personal life settles down a bit.

Thanks for looking
