Mudflap fixings

So I'm replacing the rear mudflaps on my K11.
The original fixings/screws are rusty & some have sheared off in the clips (which are also rusty).
I'm after some replacements screws & would like to know what the official/technical name is for them.
They look like this...

Any ideas? Thanks.

Any hex head self tapping screw should sort you Andy

I'd bin them in favour of some stainless bolts and washers to be honest
