Frank, there is a crucial difference - it wasn't a time trial, there was no timing involved at all! I have been shooting video all day, just looking through it now. I'll post something to YouTube soon. Good news is I won the 10 car clubmans class with my friend who borrowed my car finishing 2nd.

Technically speaking Micras represented well with another one, a 1.3 si, taking the win in class 1 too. I had a nightmare day with a tyre with a puncture. I stopped on the way to the event and had it stripped down, a patch was applied but by the time it was rebuilt and balanced it was flat again. Perhaps it was multi punctured and we didn't find it or the tyre damaged it again when it was reinflated. We were forced to run on one good tyre and one ditchfinder, I mean the worst tyre I think I've ever owned, it's called a 'Dark Horse'. Right now I need a tyre bay that's open on Sunday.
