Micra speedometer.

I am now an owner of a 95 Micra with non functioning speedometer. What is wrong with it?

you own em we's the one to bone em
sort it out man. could only be adjuster bolts

I will start sorting it out where is the adjuster bolt for the alternator belt.

I think they are right beneath it.

I'm in Sydney, Australia. Anyway it's squeaking again. DAYCO belt hate these belts they squeak like no ones business.My Micra doesn't seem to have a tensioner for the power steering and crank, hmmm.

Lightly spray your belt with WD40 - that'll stop the squeaks, and no, they won't slip.

I tried that once and few weeks after it snapped coz that eats up the rubber and breaks, if it's makin a noise it's too tight or need new wheels

Ahaha now the squeak is gone. Maybe the previous owner hasn't use this beast in a while.And i suspect because it has a blown head gasket! De Javu baby.Just like the Daihatsu Charade i bought before what a bunch of dirty so and so.But i like this lil turd and i am definitely keeping it.

What the ?! speedo erratically moves up to 140 km/h when i'm only doing 60km/h sometimes it just shoots up to 200 km/h clicks.Never had this problem in any other cars. This car is awesome tho! just a few bugs to solve. The gearbox is hard to downshift maybe it's a gearbox issue?

The previous owner of this car certainly didn't have it smelling nice.This gem was a mess and smelt but i am doing my best to have it smelling good.
