[QUOTE="k6pfs, post: 367593, member: 5228"] Hi Ant, yes sorry about that, I did kind of break it good and proper, the HT leads had melted to the head it got that hot! As for dropping down a cog, first wasnt working that well and it kept jumping out, and also the set up wasnt perfect and it bog'd down in nearly all the change downs, found out it was due to the butterflys sticking open and what also didnt help was the throttle cable bracket also felxed to the point of it breaking on one of the stages, so a stronger one was quickly bodged to work and that worked better as it didnt flex! Bagas, Chris's does have a distributor ignition control, its just been moved and a re-mount for the crank angle sensor. If you look close at the photo of the engine bay you can see the dizzy to the left and the crank sensor and cable is at the very bottom left of the photo by the engine mount. Here are some photos of the CGA3, 1348cc engine that we have just finished building up with a CG13 head on it . Its a standard CGA3 for the time being, but I will be running a paddle clutch and one of our flywheels. Also it has one of Ants rocker covers on!! Plans are if it runs ok, to get the cams done and then a max'd ported and flowed head on that I am working on.
