MOT failed because right side handbrake won't engage, In the picture you can see the handbrake engaged but only the cable that goes to the left wheel (which is on the right side) is pulled tight - the cable for the right wheel doesn't move at all or if it does very little, my guess is the cable has seized, so new cable?
If so how do I remove the cable from the equaliser, I can't seem to figure it out.

Also anyone else reading this, you literally just unhook the cable from the equaliser once you have some slack in the line!
