One of the braided lines decided to broke, only on left corners the light went on, because the axle movement would open the gap on the line

Also fixed some minor stuff:

- Loads of noises on the rear, swapped the rear spoiler, the parcel shelf and adjusted the boot lock mechanism.
- Installed the rear seats with head rests, much better (pics to follow)
- White LED on the dash, was missing one on the clock
- Repaired the rear wiper motor (modded so the wiper sits lower), the pin inside the mechanism touched the metal wheel, making short-circuit. Installed a piece of paper between the 2 things and is good as new.

And just passed the 210.000Kms, its finishing the brake-in period :

Received the intercooler, from an Escort RS:

Also checked the situation of different Almera N15 caliper brackets, some say 21 and the other say 22.
21 is for 232mm discs, and 22 is for 247mm discs (or 240mm from Sunny N14)

Tested the Fidenza GA16 flywheel on the Micra crank, fits good, just the ring sits 3mm closer to the block. And the clutch disc fits the CG gearbox spline, all good until now. Tomorrow i will get my spare 1.3 gearbox installed on this engine with Fidenza/XTD setup and check if it fits, cant install it on a car at the moment...

Have a 200SX S13 front brake caliper to check if they fit Micra, but i dont think so, the carrier has closer bolts than the hub.

Pics soon... :p

If its not scrubbing, its not low enough.
Hmm i think i would've needed to change my trousers after the brake issue.
Interested to see the results for the clutch as well.

I was just trying to figure how could i place it. But your right, i will move the plate upwards, remove the fogs blanking plate and not screw up the bumper by cutting it. And i will use a low boost setup, 0,55bar is enough...

looking good mate (Y) will you have to move the rad ?

No mate, it will fit fine. Just need to make the turbo exhaust to be slightly angled towards the engine to clear the rad, then down to the Sportex exhaust (using the conical shaped bit cutted from the stock CAT), but the turbo doesnt hit the rad, will take a pic tomorrow.

They look great hey... (Y)

BTW, seems that my left side wheel stands more out than the the right one, even if i swap the wheels from side, maybe a problem with the suspension/wishbone?

Ah, makes sense, some girl on a Pug 206 hit me on the left side, bent my arch and a bit of the door, maybe the repair shop didnt got it right...

hey baguette, do you ever stop ? :p

as for the tyre issue, the steel cords have warped mate. if you look through the tread and the sidewalls you'll find cracks. also if you can find DOT on the sidewall let me know what the four numbers are after that. chances are its out of date.

Installed the Matiz/Civic suspension on this Micra, its good, but seems a bit soft, need to test it more, and have to check the camber. And had to remove the wide steelies, they rubbed everywhere, will take pics tomorrow.

It was fault of the girl behind me, the Micra in front stopped for a crosswalk, i stopped also, the the girl didnt, seems that she even accelerated more, i dont know, but she hit me and i hit the Micra in front, was like a sandwich. And the Micra in front of me was before the crosswalk, after the hit, i was on top of the crosswalk, she dragged everything...
