Meter fuse wiring diagram

Hi folks, I tucked my engine bay recently on my k11, now I've my battery in the boot with a 250 amp inline fuse. I have routed my power cable (0 gauge) to the bulkhead and have ran my starter and alternator off this point. (Don't know if this could be problem or not )

My problem is that I've no dash lights on with ignition on, battery light comes on for a second then blows fuse .

No rev counter either.

Would I be right in saying I might have to much power on this circuit now for the 10 amp fuse to hold?
