I have this damage on my N/S rear door, the Micra came with it, (someone done a quick patch up), I purchased the car for the mechanics (3 owners from new, 44,000 on the clock) but thought, as a DIY project to try and restore it back.
A paint shop probably be in the region of £500-750, so probably not worth it, so it's DIY or just put up with it!
I have looked on the Micra colour chart and it’s FL1 code green (metallic). I have never worked with metallic paint before, just mainly white and normal light colours DIY style. Is this metallic difficult to match in, is the metallic of the 90’s say a lesser metallic than today’s maybe more advanced paints?
